1. Traditional Split
New Agent - 60/40
Mid-Level Agent - 70/30
Experienced Agent - 80/20
2. Top Producer Split
80/20 split until brokerage receives $25,000. After cap is reached, agent keeps 90% of commissions, less transaction fees
3. Monthly Desk Fee
250 - 1000 (for each broker--negotiable depending on number of transactions per year)
