Basic Commission Agreement & Fee Structure (negotiable)($)

1. Traditional Split

New Agent - 60/40

Mid-Level Agent - 70/30

Experienced Agent - 80/20


2.  Top Producer Split

80/20 split until brokerage receives $25,000.  After cap is reached, agent keeps 90% of commissions, less transaction fees


3. Monthly Desk Fee

250 - 1000 (for each broker--negotiable depending on number of transactions per year)


4.  Transaction Fee Structure

0 - 100k, 200

101k - 250k, 300

251k - 500k, 400

501k - 1M, 400

>1M, 1000
